Marriage, honeymoon and all that good stuff...

The wedding day was just fabulous! The weather and people couldn't have been better. Mark and I were sealed at 10:30am in the LA temple. We were welcomed be family and friends as we walked out of the temple doors and could feel the love. That evening we had the reception in the back yard of my childhood home. Everyone who helped did a wonderful job at decorating and my sister and mother made the best cake ever! Mark and I had our first dance to I Believe I'm Gonna Love You by Frank Sinatra. As the reception came to a close we were sent off in an array of  firework sparklers!

We honeymooned in Palm Springs at the Marriot resort. It was really nice. We actually had a villa instead of a hotel room. It was really hot out there, the weather was between 105-115 degrees. We made a few trips to the pool during the hot spells. We went to the Living Desert Zoo which had animals and plant life from deserts all around the world. Another day we went to the Ariel Tram Way and went high up onto the mountain top. It was a nice change in weather and scenery, it was cooler and there was much more greenery.

Now we are back home in Simi trying to get all our paper work done. Marks working hard on his online history class  and we are looking for apartments in Provo. We have really been blessed in the last few weeks.
